Hire Purchase charge- what is this?

Hi can someone help? i wrote Blackhorse regarding 2 of my husbands car loans. One that finished 2004 & the other is present. i asked for a copy of the credit agreement & i wondered what the charge for Hire purchase is? he has also been charged for Acceptance fee £95.00 & an option to Purchase fee £50.00 on both these loans. we are not very up on things like this so would appreciate some help.

I would contact them to ask them this, tell them you don't understand this policy.

Another way is to request a Subject Access Request (SAR) where they have 40 days to send everything, with a £10 charge in postal order or cheque payment, link below, if you decide to do this as usual post by recorded delivery.
