Race for Life Cancer Research UK THIS SUNDAY!!!

I received this email from my sister who is taking it on herself to run 5km on 9th July in the "Race For Life" in aid of Cancer Research UK.
"Hi Everyone,
I was hoping you could spare me a few minutes to sponsor me for the race for
Life that I am doing in July please....
I have just set up this web page which is looking a little sad at the moment
as I have no sponsors currently so please can you dig deep and sponsor me
for a worthy cause...many thanks-anything you can give will be gratefully
received!
