Please could you check the content of my letter to Natwest?

Hi there,

I've composed a letter, using the template, to reclaim the PPI on my Natwest loan. Could you just give this a quick look and let me know if you think it sounds okay, or if I should add anything else to these reasons.

Many thanks, CC:

"I was not given the correct information when the policy was sold to me, as:
  • your salesperson was very pushy in selling me the policy so that I felt I could not say no
  • your salesperson did not give me full information on what the policy would and would not cover
  • your salesperson did not make me aware that I could purchase an alternative policy elsewhere
  • I am concerned the sales assistant that sold me the policy has no financial background and the policy was not sold in my best interests."

    Hi there

Yes this is great, just as long as you feel this have covered everything that applies to you, and of course they have 8 weeks in full to respond, also post your letter by recorded delivery, good luck and please keep us posted.;)
