Experian and the other 2 have clearly a unique position in society. I would like to know
a)if you request your credit file whether they automatically notify your creditors
b)also if you open an account does the bank notifies Experian who then subsequesntly notify the other banks. c) If you have been made bankrupt and your debts are now statute barred what credit score can you hope to get, as any new creditor can not search more than 6 years on your credit history.
