Warrington Executive & High Level Complaints Management is supposedly dealing with it, yet this has gone on since early Oct and still nothing, I have been quite patient yet feel that my complaint is no further forward, who are these people in warrington, I have only managed to be in contact them via e-mail and can find no othet contact details for them, who can I complain to higher, there has to be someone, Thanks in advance for any help.

I have now left BT as I had ongoing complaints from the first month I got them, They would take £70 from my account when it was meant to be £10 (twice), they said I hadnt paid bills when I had, they said the extra money was sent back into my account and it hadnt, and so on.
I maninly dealt with complaints in Durhum. I phoned them everyday until it was sorted. I made sure it was all in writing and had a copy for myself. Everyone was friendly enough, just a bit useless. I left as soon as my year was up and went to Sky and had no problems.
It sounds like your complaint has gone to the highest person, but I would just keep on at them. It takes ages for anything to be sorted out by them, so if they say they are dealing with it then I wouldnt worry too much, but as I said keep complaining to them, keep calling and it will get sorted.

    Hi Terrig,

It sounds like you have had a real nightmare in trying to get this matter sorted. I would like to take a look at this for you to see what is happening with regards to this complaint. Please could you drop me an email with your BT account details? Please also include your Forum username along with a link to this thread. My email address can be found by clicking on my profile. Once I have received those details, I will chase this for you and reply to you directly.

    Thanks
