    Thanks for posting CathyJ. Just to mention that the spending money is £3000 not £300. I'm sure was just a mis-type but just thought I should mention it as quite a difference.

    Prize Description

    From Monday 18 - Friday 22 January 2010

    • There will be one competition which runs on-air over the whole week and has one prize of a cheque for £3,000 and a holiday in Australia as described below:

    • One holiday in Australia for four people staying ten nights.
    • The first five nights will be room only in two standard rooms at the Four Seasons hotel, Sydney and the last five nights will be room only in two standard rooms at the Grand Hyatt hotel, Melbourne.
    • Flights include four return business class seats on Emirates airline inclusive of taxes and fuel surcharge from any of London Gatwick, London Heathrow, Newcastle, Birmingham, Glasgow or Manchester airports. Internal flights include four return economy class seats on either Virgin Blue or Jetstar airlines between Sydney and Melbourne.
    • Travel insurance is not included and must be purchased before travel. Winners are responsible for making sure that they are adequately insured.
    • Prize winners are responsible for obtaining any visas required for them or their companions to travel to Australia.
    • Prize winners are responsible for payment of any additional items not included in the prize (e.g. meals, hotel laundry, mini bar, room service, telephone calls etc).
    • Flights cannot be upgraded and winners are not eligible to earn Emirates Skywards Miles.
    • All travellers must travel at the same time on the same itinerary
    • The holiday prize is subject to availability and Netflights.com's standard terms and booking conditions. For full booking terms and conditions please see: https://www.netflights.com.
    • The holiday prize has no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or an alternative holiday, or combined with any other offer, promotions or discount.
    • Once the booking is confirmed, changes to the names, date or nature of the booking are not permitted.
    • The holiday is redeemable only by the named winner and must not be sold on to any other party.

    Specific terms and conditions:

    • Competitions are open to adults aged 18 years or over and must be UK residents, with a valid passport excluding employees and their immediate families of GMTV, Netflights, Emirates, their agencies or anyone else professionally associated with this competition.
    • The winner will be a correct entry selected at random from all entries.
    • Winners must claim their prize and book the holiday by the end of two months from receiving confirmation from GMTV that they are the winner.
    • The holiday must be taken between 15th February 2010 and 10th December 2010.

  • I would love to enter but as a married mum of three kids (12,10,4) i wonder if i won , you could add a child ?. i skip alot of holiday comps coz they seem to be for the 2.4 familys but to be honest , im sure im not the only mummy of three who needs to win a break !!!

    I would say enter and then worry about it when you win! Seriously though, I think peeps from here have won comps and then added a person (paying for them off course). But Business Class to Aus could be expensive.

    I'm just going through this myself.The promotor is quite helpful & I just have to pay the additional child cost.I did the same when I won a trip to NY.
    With this one I would just make one of the family travel economy class:D

    I always enter, and am in the same situation as you. I was lucky enough to win a trip for 4 to LA, I just pleaded with the promotors, and they were happy enough to add the 3rd child as long as I footed the plane costs.

    We had an excellent time in Beverly Hills, LA , I could have got easily used to that lifestyle!! :o:rotfl:
