There's a new, totally free, directory enquiries services. However the service is only available for free from BT landlines; Virgin Media charge their customers!

118 712 - Full National Service with Call Completion

It's price band is DQ101 if you want to check for yourself on the BT website that calling the number is actually free.

OK, DQ101 is, indeed, a No Fee rate.
