Anyone Used Rattan Direct

I'm wishing to purchase a sofa and there's some good deals to be had from Rattan Direct; I just wondered if anyone here had used them and what their view of the quality was.

Dear Ms C,
My name is Robert & I started Rattan Direct 3 years ago, on e-bay. Although we now sell via a number of routes on-line and our showroom in Bolton, I have sourced the product via three different suppliers overseas & at home (to make up one sofa!). By combining good suppliers and low overheads (like every good money saving expert should!), I believe our quality and price are very difficult to beat.
