2 Part Pushchair with Ryanair

Hello
I am flying to Ireland in March baby will be 4 1/2 months old dont really want to have to buy a pushchair for her to be in.
I have a mothercare MY3 its a frame where you can either slot car seat or pram stlye seat on to, with the pram style seat or car seat it has to come off the frame and becomes 2 parts (frame and or pram seat or car seat)
Ryanair allows a fully collapsible pushchair free of charge on their flights, does that mean I have to check in the pram part and im allowed the frame on free of charge or is the whole lot free or do I have to buy a pushchair?
Its not very clear on their website.
Many Thanks
