    Well, it's a much bigger house than I need ... we could go halves. I really just need one room and a bathroom and space to sit outside.

    Falmouth is very nice, but overpriced. You'd get no peace in that place. Soon as the tide came in, chavs in yachts drinking cheap champagne, everywhere. They'd probably heave-to on your patio and startle your [STRIKE]!!!!![/STRIKE] cat.:rotfl:
