Rightmove listings: a big increase, more than usual for January?!

Anecdotally, I found that this weekend in the Westcountry, all the Rightmove 'new' property alerts had been spammed by our local agent Stags, who were trotting out a right load of old chestnuts.

Here, you can have my Liskeard based alert, if it will work. If it does, you'll see what I mean:

Edit: You have to change the search to 'last 3 days' now, or it won't show the weekend listings.

So, was that a 'huge surge' in supply?
