Aww such a shame. I have had similar situtations in the past and emailed the company(s) about it , and they are normally very nice about it, and will send you the missing items.

I do find with most hamoers you get the contents are never worth the amount they state in the comp, but what you got sounds wrong indeed.

Thank-you! I felt awful complaining as a win is a win hahaha!

Have now emailed both so hopefully will get a (positive) response from them soon!

The same happened to me following a beauty hamper win through the Telegraph last year; I think the hamper should have been worth £150 but when I checked the content the items only added up to about half of that.

I, like you, was nervous about complaining as it was a prize after all but I posted on here about what to do and I contacted the Telegraph and they in turn contacted the company who had sent me the hamper. They contacted me to apologise (I can't remember the reason they gave for the error) and said I could choose items from their website to the missing value.

I'm glad I contacted them; you should too x
