Hi
Ref: HR1 forms for declaring planned redundancy numbers.
Can any one tell me if it is possible to obtain a copy of the HR1 document that a company has sent to the Department for Business, Innovation & Skills.
Also, if a company changes the numbers, what is the acceptable change in numbers that can be made following submission of the HR1 form, before additional notification should be made.
Any help is much appreciated.
