sadly though my OH wont be going overdue....she's just found out she's diabetic so the hosp will take her in a few days before she's due to induce her...still scared half to death though!We all die. The goal isn't to live forever, the goal is to create something that will0 -

Both of mine were sunroof births too - never heard it called that before but sounds better than anything else.

Nope....turns out she's probably had type II for a while..poor thing looks like a pin cushion she's doing BM's 4 times a day and on meds that left her very very sick last night & early hours of today.

Sounds like shes having a bit of a crappy time then... hope your giving her masses of hugs... my hubbys been cleaning non stop for 4 weeks... I think he is nesting on my behalf. :T0 -

And this is only the start of the worry Phil
My nine year old had to have a general anaesthetic to have teeth removed last year, and I swear it was the most stressful hour of my life. Not a day goes by when one or the other of them doesn't do something to make me panic:rolleyes:
The other thing parenthood seems to do is trash your emotions. As a young man I could watch starving children and world disasters with impunity. Now, the NSPCC adverts give me a very large lump in my throat, and I can blub with the best of them when the Children in Need "what we have done with your money" bit comes on
