I purchased a bird of paradise flower, which arrived on Thursday. It is now virtually DEAD!!
I have tried e-mailing them as it was not in a good state when I received it but have not had any reply.
Does anyone have any experience of using Value Flora?

Keep on emailing them !
Russell will eventually get back to you. He will hopefully offer a replacement and maybe a bouquet as an apology.
