Last minute London Hotel

We're seeing Billy Connolly in Hammersmith on Saturday and have decided we'll make a weekend of it and stay. I haven't seen any fantastic offers around yet but wondered if anyone can recommend any sites that do genuine late deals - Lastminute.com and laterooms.co.uk don't seem to do brilliant offers anymore for late deals- they just do generic prices regardless of how far ahead you book.

Ideally want a centralish 4* with breakfast for around £80.

Annoyingly I saw the Hilton Euston earlier for £78 but when I went to book it must have sold out at that price.

If you try the friends andd family link from this post, Hammersmith holiday inn ,although not 4 star is £84 including complimentary brakfast for the night you want. Crowne Plaza, Shoreditch is 4 star and is £69, but does not include breakfast. If you want something central Southwark is £69 and includes breakfast (but not 4 star), it is only about 10 minute walk from there to the London Eye, Imperial War museum etc. Earls Court is about 1 mile from the NH and Science Museums and a few miles from Hammersmith and good transport links £69 includes breakfast.
