I'm struggling to find a laptop with a good Intel Dual Core Processor and the "n" wireless.

Just looking for a basic laptop to use wirelessly with router in the house. won't be taking it out. which would you say is more important the processor or the "n"?

I think, IMO, the two don't equate; I don't see the analogy here. An Intel dual-core processor is perfectly adequate for browsing the web, general Office tasks, watching YouTube (although this can be dependent on the graphics capability), watching (snippets of) DVDs etc. Get both: a decent processor and a laptop with wireless n capability.

The E5300 Dual-core is quite a nice processor.

    HTH.

I bought a basic HP Compaq 610 model, which is a N type dual core. You can get a £50 cashback until the end of the month from HP if you do a search
