How do I pay a small hospital bill from France?

In August of 2009 we were involved in a road accident in France. Our holiday insurance arranged everything; repatriation etc but in November we received a bill from the hospital for X-rays and painkillers. It isn't covered by our holiday insurance, we tried, and only totals 30.60 euros. How can we send this money to them? There are no bank account details on the invoice, or if there are we can't make them out. The hospital care was outstanding and we want to clear the bill but how? We could send cash but that might not arrive at its intended destination!
Any ideas?

first stop would be to contact you insurers and ask them if they have any contact details so that you can pay the bill,
if not then try contacting the hospital directIMOJACAR

I had to use a French hospital back in late 2000 - seem to recall that I could send the sterling money to the French Embassy in London.0

Try ringing the hospital and ask them for bank details or how they can receive the money due. If you do not speak French ask them if they speak English or see if you have a friend who speaks French.0

Cheapest would be to send cash by international recorded mail - bank fees on foreign currency cheques/transfers are enormous for small sums.0
