Wondered if anyone in th Scheme knew about this. We ahve been looking at doing it as me and my partner are 1st time buyers but with our credit ratings are finding it hard to get on the Ladder.
We don't have a deposit but could save one quick quickly depending on what thye require.
Our only problem is I have been in an IVA for 2 Years and just settled it about 2 months ago and my partners credit rating is poor due to 2 defaults that were settled on her account about 3 years ago.
Do they require a high credit rating at all?
