Converting integrated fridge and freezer units into normal kitchen cupboards

I was wondering if it is possible to convert our integrated fridge and separate freezer into normal kitchen cupboards?
The kitchen was in the house when we moved in, and it has small fridge and freezers underneath the counter, with integrated cupboard doors (ie you don't know they are there just by looking at them).
How easy would it be to take them out and turn the spaces into normal kitchen cupboards? What would be involved in doing it?
Thanks,
Jo

Should just be a case of taking out the appliances and sliding the new floor cupboards in. For example, when you slide out the fridge you'll be left with only a space as integrated appliances only have kitchen doors on them, not sides of any kind. Into this space you will be able to slide a new kitchen unit. Appliances always come in the same widths as kitchen units.0

So I could just slide in an carcass that fits the space left inside?0

That's right. The appliances are probably 600mm and the new carcases would be the same width.0
