Self Adhesive Vinyl Floor Tiles

Has anyone used them before?
I would like to fit a vinyl flooring to my bathroom but I am not allowed to have anything but ceramic tiles (it's in my lease).
I am thinking of fitting them on top of the ceramic tiles although the current floor is not smooth. Would that be possible?
Any recommendations?

The floor needs to be smooth for them to sit right ,what will happen when you go ! will you have to make good ? Getting the off is a pain [heat to melt glue]0
