Well the phonecall was less fobbing off than I thought it would be, but still inconclusive. They told me that they were waiting on the 3rd party to continue the claim and said if I know the 3rd party then maybe I could contact them and chase them up. I don't know the 3rd party, but I do have the contact details for him that I took when the accident happened.
The van hire people did tell me that they would call me back with more information on the repair of their vehicle, but as yet no call back.0
