plastic wood -flamable when dry?

I feel a bit silly asking this but can't find an answer online
I have a fire (similar to this (h**p://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?VISuperSize&item=280449410731 ) where the bottom legs are attached onto wood, while I was moving it the wood broke a little so I used plastic wood to seal and repair the hole . While reading the plastic wood packet it said it was highly flammable - now does that mean when it's drying? - or after it's dry?.
The legs are near to the blower unit which obviously gets hot and I am concerned that the stuff is still flammable when dry
Can somebody set me right please.?
any assistance is much appreciated
