...failing to meet the provisions as set out within class A of Part 1 of the second schedule to the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (as amended).
..Eh? What does this mean?
I have submitted plans for a side extension to make open up my kitchen and make a bigger kitchen/diner.
I dont understand.
Anyone know what I have been rufused for?

It sounds like you submitted plans to see if what you proposed to build was Permitted Development and was told it was not, and therefore a Planning Application is necessary - ?I am the Cat who walks alone0
