Although if this one is anything like the last two then it'll be sometime near August - they were quite happy where they were! Think if it wasn't for induction they youngest would still be there now tbh! :rotfl:

Do you think that maybe he 'accidentally' sent you that e-mail so that the ball is in your court and it leaves you making the decisions about the future and saying we are definitely not getting back together rather than him having to make that decision? That then takes the responsibility away from him in his eyes as he can say that he wanted to get back together and you didn't.

I think I might be inclined not to mention the e-mail to him. If it was a genuine accident then he may look back at his messages and realise he sent it to you anyway - I wonder if that was the case if he would mention it to you or just hope you hadn't seen it?

I think it's a good idea to get some more legal advice. Good Luck!

I have only just stumbled across this and am so sorry for you, what a complete moron. I bet he almost suffered a cold sweat breakdown when he realises he sent it to you. Good on you though for playing it cool and not telling him, I don't think many people would have the restraint.
Forty and fabulous, well that's what my cards say....
