searching online i decided to use the above website and paid the £3.51. they sent me an email with a link back to the website, when i went there it said 3 easy steps
step 1 - contact a local dealer
step 2 - download this software which many people have problems with *the software was actually hundreds of pictures etc*
step 3 - pay another website for a code which will be more expensive! I have emailed and complained and requesting either a refund or the proper code. it is a hoax

Agree it's a scam but they do actually state on the home page they do NOT supply any codes and it will cost more money to unlock.

car-radio-unlocking.co.uk. beware, scam site. downloaded their software and pc security identified 3 trojan viruses. also, unlocking software totaly useless. try e bay. unlock codes from 99p

Can ya not just ring like Renault and they tell you or am I slightly out of touch with things =/
