Parkdean West Bay, Rockley Park or Devon Cliffs

I have narrowed my Sun choices to the three above, I just wondered if anyone had any opinions of them? It will be two adults and 1 x 2yr old travelling in June or July if those dates are still available. Any reviews greatly received. THanks

We love Devon Cliffs as it is one of the most developed sites Haven have. But there are loads of steep hills on the camp which can be a little too much when walking to and from the entertainment complex all the time. Some people steer away from this now as they find it a little too lively.
West bay is a lot smaller and compact park in a very scenic area i have never stayed at this park but used to fish of the harbour walls regularly when staying at my sisters.
I know nothing at all about Rockley park.:j Was married 2nd october 2009 to the most wonderful man possible:j

Rockley Park is a lovely modern big site but be warned its right next to helicoptor rescue centre, we had helicopters going in and out at 2 in the morning, alright if you're a heavy sleeper!!! On the plus side the kids loved watching them going overhead off and on all day..This site rocks and has saved me loads -
thanks to all those that post on the forums and have saved me money

We love Rockley Park, it's a lovely well looked after site, and can't beat Sandbanks Beach which is a short drive away.
We didn't like Devon Cliffs, too steep, toilets in the complex were disgusting and the floor in them always soaking wet. We thought there was too many drunks of an evening, a big argument kicked off in the bar while we were there and don't be fooled by the beach on the doorstep, it is horrible and smelly!
Go for Rockley Park!!To be in your child's memories tomorrow, be in their life today.0 -

We had a fantastic time at West Bay last June on our Sun holiday. Nice clean caravan,- even had decking!, great site if you like it not too busy, and plenty to do in the area for the kids. Loved walking down to the harbour side in the evenings. Supermarket (morrisons) short drive away. Couldn't fault it, will happily go again sometime. enjoy

Rockley Park is near to a dog rough housing estate.
Shouldn't matter too much though if you haven't got teens.

Thanks very much for the replies. I think that rules out Devon Cliffs and Rockley Park then. It's either West Bay or Perran Sands then where we went last year. Thanks again0

I would say go for Rockley Park, if you can't get the others, lots to do in the area, But then I'm not sure if you should be listening to me - I live on the 'dog rough housing estate' that delain speaks of - but hey we can't all live in the 'nice' areas can we?0 -

I'm not posh or anything believe me, and I don't live in that nice an area, and I never have
But though that one does have a particularly bad reputation, I do realise it's not everyone, but there's always 3 or 4 families (usually all related to each other as well) that make all the trouble.
Sorry if I offended you

Really enjoyed West Bay - lovely area, quiet site. Walk to seafront quay. Not far from Charmouth for fossils, Lyme Regis & Seaton. Going again this Spring.0
