Oh that Japan

Yes, this Japan.
Prices were highest in Tokyo's Ginza district in 1989, with choice properties fetching $1 million US dollars per square meter, or around $93,000 per square foot.
By 2004, Tokyo's residential homes were less than a tenth of their peak, but still managed to be listed as the most expensive in the world until being surpassed in the late 2000s by Moscow and other cities.
Brit, when we have a bubble so big that we have entire districts where property sells for One Million Dollars a metre, then you can talk about 20 year corrections.
When we have property so expensive, that even after a 90% fall, it's still the most expensive in the world for the next 15 years, then you can talk about Japan as a likely scenario.
Until then, you're talking sh1te again, and you know it.“The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie – deliberate, contrived, and dishonest – but the myth, persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic.

This honestly makes me think that you are 13 years old.
It's why debating Brit is pointless. Anything he doesn't understand is ignored.“The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie – deliberate, contrived, and dishonest – but the myth, persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic.

You are indeed a master debater, Mr Brown.“The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie – deliberate, contrived, and dishonest – but the myth, persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic.

Thank you Hamish, although not sure whether it's me or your good self that are the true master. There is some fine debate going on this board tonight, that's for sure.HAMISH_MCTAVISH wrote: »You are indeed a master debater, Mr Brown.0 -
