Just an update - I made them and they are lovely, worked fine I just left them in the oven till a skewer came out clean.
I also made cream cheese icing but *shock horror* I ran our of icing sugar! So it's a bit runnier than I would like it to be. Still nice though! Only problem now is making some space in the fridge for them...

My prob is stopping dh and dd's eating for long enough to freeze the things I cook/bake!
Suppose I shouldn't complain though.. must be a sign my cooking's improving!
I tried a quiche recipe last week ( had to change it around a little as dd's don't like this and that!) and ended up making 4 family size one's the next day as Very picky dd loves it and has to have it every day for her tea lol..at least that's her sorted when trying to figure out who will eat what each day!
