Hi,
I had a Media Player version 11. All working alright for a month but now whenever I play a DVD on the media player, the computer automatically re-starts with a blue screen. The following message is displayed:-
BCCode : 100000d1 BCP1 : 0000000C BCP2 : 00000002 BCP3 : 00000000
Can anyone help please to sort this out?

Thanks all.
It's a Windows Media player.
I have downloaded audio drivers as suggested but still the same problem. I can watch DVD's Nero with no problems with good audio and quality.
Any more suggestions?

if it is windows Media Player 10 then you can delete it and go back to version 9
just go to add/remove programs and untick the box at he top right to "unhide" the hidden updates and it appearsEx forum ambassador
