Has anyone been successful with RBS CC PPI?

Hi
I have searched through so many posts/threads and have found no-one who has been successful with refunds from RBS on CC PPI.
Plenty of success on loans - myself included.
Please can you let me know if you have had success even via the FOS.
Many thanks!

Hi hun

I think loans are pretty easy but not CC. They say that because PPI is shown on your monthly statements it ain't their problem. I know the FOS has ruled that this is not an excuse but it seems RBS are pushing all CC claims to the FOS. Just slightly disturbed by a recent post which implies the FOS is beginning to rule against the consumer in these cases. Mind you - could be different case officers etc.0

Yes you could be right.
Well lets hope this does your your way, you do have reasons to reclaim and they should all be taken into account and consideration.
If I do come across a CC success I shall let you know.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"
