How did you get on with this claim?
My complaint has escalated to Bathstore Legal seeking advice on going to Court . This Retailer has very poor customer service compared with other High Street / DIY retailers.
Bathstore have admitted liability due to misupply of goods as per SofG - 'Goods did not match supply' and will supply replacement products . However do not see they are responsible for consequential loss incurred ie Flood of Bathroom , prefer I go after my installer or pay another fitter to install again.
We all understand problems occur but it is how you resolve them that makes the difference!0 -
How did you get on? Did you take Bathstore to court?
We have also expereineced poor customer service from Bathstore and would recommend all consumers avoid them. Their customer service is good...until the moment you have a problem, then they appear to have a devil may care attitude.0
