low pension - advice please

They could also claim the Care component of Disability Living Allowance if they were already receiving it before they went to Spain, but they would not be able to claim Pension Credit nor Council Tax Benenfit.
As Pensioners they would be covered for free Spanish healthcare but would not be able to access the British NHS other thsan for conditions arising if they happened to be in the UK.(AKA HRH_MUngo)
