HPC: Prices now back at peak levels

With a thread like that it must be time for the HPC admins to issue a full and frank apology to anyone that was branded with the troll avatar.
That is a little harsh. First of all as a Housepricecrash forum then the aims and intentions of it are obvious. To go into there with a bullish perspective would naturally make some people wary.
Secondly the nature of the posters of some of the bulls there, and I am thinking of Hamish, Sibley and Valerius was definately biased towards the trolling. To uniformly apologise to all of them when some merit no apology would be plain wrong.
Where HPC got it wrong, IMHO, was to only label the bull trolls as trolls. There were plenty of bears who were trolling as well. Two to tango and all that. The "don't buy now, wait a year and buy for 8% less" brigade and the "it is great all these jobs are going, I'll get a cheaper house" brigade were just as bad as the bull trolls and should have been labelled as such."There's no such thing as Macra. Macra do not exist."
"I could play all day in my Green Cathedral".
"The Centuries that divide me shall be undone."
"A dream? Really, Doctor. You'll be consulting the entrails of a sheep next. "0 -

Hmmm. So where did you end up after being booted off of there? Also with the constant ''come see what a HPCer just wrote' thread every 5 minutes. Hamish, your jealousy of that site is very hard to disguise.
He must be getting desperate if he has to run to HPC looking for a 'bear' that has turned. :rolleyes:0 -

As opposed to the endless "Oh look, an MSE-er has a mortgage, what an idiot!!!!" threads that were on hpc last year.....“The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie – deliberate, contrived, and dishonest – but the myth, persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic.
Belief in myths allows the comfort of opinion without the discomfort of thought.”
