How's that "property stagnating for years at the bottom" theory working out for you?

  • It will be really interesting to see the January figures. There is a whole lot of sale boards turning to sale agreed around my area.

With a thread like that it must be time for the HPC admins to issue a full and frank apology to anyone that was branded with the troll avatar.

Or is it time for them to close HPC, now that the House Price Crash is, by their own contributors' reckoning, a dark and distant memory?

We are now entering the boring phase of the HPC, years and years of small ups and small downs. Every up will be celebrated as the worst is over back to boom times. Every down will be "it's all going to crash again !" :D

Of course it is, but it'll never happen.
