the company i work for have asked for voluntry redundancies twice in the passed twice i have applied twice i have been refused is there is there a limit to the amount of times they can refuse you 0

Dont think there is a limit.
Take it as a compliment in that you are too valuable to the company to let you go (or youre too expensive to get rid of)make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.

I don't think you have a "right" to be made redundant, if that's what you mean.If you don't stand for something, you'll fall for anything0
