Be Annoyed ...be verry annoyed...BT

May this New Year be kind to us all....and then the BT bill arrived. I have always understood that Bank Holidays were 'free call' days so that families could contact each other and share goodwill etc. etc.Not so now and the reason given...my Unlimited Evening and Weekend Plan..Christmas was on a weekday.

BT haven't classed Christmas Day as a free call day since at least 2001 as far as I can remember

I thought it was in the mid 1990s that all changed.
Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.

I can't believe the OP went to the bother of registering for this so we can assume prescription drugs or alcohol are involved or they're just a troll.
