could you please advise re an acceptance letter we have been sent together with an offer.In the letter it states they accept missold ppi but say will send new credit agreement to sign before releasing funds.But iva taken out in 2006 to cover this and other loans.Is this right please.

I have not actually been in this position myself but I'm sure many have and will post up with their experience of this, good luck with this.
