    claire, you need to keep a spending diary - writing down every time you buy something


    i have started a spending diary, thats how i know how much food i've bought this month so far

    since the 1st jan ive spent 181 on food and £112 in the gas and leccy meters

    Bun I might be able to wangle coming to your party...OH has to bring the computer he is building back up to midlands (which they are going to pay petrol for) so if I can persuade them to wait until that weekend I'll be able to come :)

    I thought so too they are prepayment meters

    put £15 in each on the 1st, then on the 6th i did £10 gass £5 leccy, then on the 8th £15 gas £10 leccy then on the 13th £15 on each and today put £7 on gas and £5 on leccy :(

    looked into having them taken out but it costs £50 each meter and we will have to pass a credit check (which we won't) so looks like we are stuck with them

    Oh God Sammy they would both end up depressing themselves...2 geeks together! I might bring him, would have to bring B too though, might just be easier to leave them at his sisters and come on my own :confused:
