If any Landlord wants to claim rent arrears and repossession of their property
a court visit is no longer required to commence proceedings. Fill in the forms online using the pcol service. The court date is automatically generated and court fees are paid online via debit or credit card. The relevant documents are issued to the tenant as well. I believe the tenant must be at least 2 months in arrears to use this service.
Just pcol to find it.
