Invoiced for calls i didn't make (084484xx, 084530xx etc) - help please

I've just realised 
that for the last year each tiscali phone bill has included several calls to numbers that I don't know.
These include 08712223311, 08708999900, 08448455555, 08453030320, 078448422222 and many more.
The phone system at home is a hands free from a panasonic base station and both panasonic and BT (digital) handsets.
Can anyone please help with possible reasons for this problem and solutions ?

So you did not recall calling Tiscali Support 08712223311 or Nat West 08453030320.0
