Do capital 1 call PPI anything else?

Hi all,

I just got a SAR back on my mums cap one card, and surprise surprise the PPI box was ticked - although in a section with 3-4 other boxes (ie express billing etc) it was the only one ticked!!
I actually only requested a full list of statements for her charges but was sent a full file.
However, I can't see from her statements that PPI has been added? I can't see cap 1 missing this???
There are on most statements 2 lots of interest, the second always being quite high - £20-£30 per time on a £1000 balance. Is this likely to be PPI?

I would ring them (or get my mum to) but I have had responses from LPF that she hasn't had PPI when her statements blatantly show it was applied!!! I'm wondering if cap one are trying to 'hide' the PPI or if they genuinely didn't add it????

Any help appreciated xxx

    Hi hun, hope your well.;)

Did they also send the agreement?

It should show amount of finance and PPI if any, this is the one where you would sign.

Otherwise write a quick letter and ask them what they call their insurance, they should be able to let you know.;)

However, maybe someone on here who have had dealings with these will confirm, fingers crossed and good luck with this.
