Co-op electrical online driving me round the bend

Just have to have a rant as I am so annoyed!
Ordered a coffee machine last Friday and requested a Monday delivery - I'm waiting for the machine Monday and get a phone call to say, theres been a problem - can we deliver Weds instead - Ok, weather as it is I didn't have a problem with that.
I then wait in all day Weds and ring them at 6pm to ask where it is. I get various different excuses, not been posted, glitch with computer, stuck in couriers warehouse due to waether, guy says " so you aren't hanging on the phone we will ring you tomorrow morning."
I finally get a call at 3pm Thursday to say parcel has been lost (I think this was an if all else fails blame the carrier excuse) and they don't have any more in stock to replace it. Fair play to them they eventually offered me the new model instead at no extra cost, with a promise of delivery before noon today.
Noon today comes and goes, I check the delivery number and citylink has no record of the consignment, so at 4pm I ring the co-op and ask where it is - after being on hold for ages they come back with "for some reason the computer placed your order on hold - but we will resend the order by noon tomorrow." (Sat) at this point I'm at the steam coming out of the ears instead of the non existent coffee machine stage and have absolutley no confidence tht it will turn up tomorrow - I guess I will have to wait and see!
