How can I make an external porch room warm?

This has all been v useful... thank you!
Missile the rad is hot all the way over, no bleeding required, so it's definitely functioning.
I think I'm going to block up the gaps at the back, will look at the insulated plasterboard as I'll only need it on the one wall (2.3m x 80cm) and will look to house a concealed cistern in there as well, thus reducing the depth of the toilet (current toilet is 65cm deep and inhibits opening the door!). The door will also be swapped to open outwards instead of inwards.
I think that with a bit of thought and insulation things will improve, I just need to find the monies to do it now.0
