Cld someone let me know whether I would be able to make a refund claim for PPI insurance on loans that have been passed to a a debt collection agency due to redundancy etc. Thanks

Hi and welcome and yes you can.
If mis sold for any reason then go for it.;)

However, if successful usually they use the refund to go towards what is owed, and anything remaining directly to you.
If a set plan have been set up in regards of the debt, maybe you can argue that you have also been out of pocket due to being mis sold which is part of the debt, where it would not have been so much if it wasn't for this reason.

Give it a go and post your letters by recorded delivery.
