and same here, dispatch note Tuesday but nothing since. I'm passing tonight so was going to call in on the off chance.

Just called my local store, it's not there...... they have advised me to call Boots Customer Care on
08450 708090 which I will do when I get back from the school run.

Have to admit, I have a bad feeling about this...

hmmmm. When I called my local store they checked the order book and I was told it was not there. The lady told me she had also double checked out in the back.

I called the customer care line and the order was showing as 'received in store' so the nice man called the store himself. Miraculously, my order is now there.

A cynic would wonder if boots staff had a beady eye on my hat box lol

I called Customer Services and asked them to check it out. They said they've checked with the store and it's definately not there.:(

I've to give it a couple of days to see if it appears, but if it doesn't then I'll get a refund as they're out of stock now.:(

i had the same experience as you peeps who have been told yours has arrived at the store. This happened to me before Christmas, went in to collect and they had disappeared. Spoke to customer services several times and was eventually told they wouldn't be found. Therefore i never received mine so i wouldn't be too hopeful of getting them, sorry. I did however manage to get one delivered to store last week.

Like I said earlier, I wondered if they were "squirrelled away" by staff, must be doubly tempting now they are only £12.50 :eek:

I can well believe it, the SAs in my local store are the devil's spawn lol!!

Recieved a txt from Boots.com this morning to let me know my order was available for pick up from store!:D

Picked it up about an hour ago, so I am now the proud oner of a Soap and Glory Hat Box at last!!!:j
