I have just come back from having collected my hatbox. I asked the nice SA, who regularly serves me, what would happen if I decided I did not want it. She said I would get a refund and it would go on the shelf. I asked if I could do that, and she said of course. So, one hatbox for £12.50. If you don't ask the question, you don't find out the answer!

I'm supposed to pick my hatbox up from my local store today. Had an email to confirm it had been dispatched on Tuesday, which states I'd recieve another one to let me know it was instore, but I haven't yet. Should I still be able to go in and collect it? I've never ordered from Boots online before.

You normally get an email to state that its in store and a text if you have a mobile number uploaded. If you dont want to make a trip I would ring the store and check if they have it or not. I would guess they do but maybe not scanned it in store yet to say its arrived.

Just rang them there and it's not been delivered to the store yet.:( She said to try again tomorrow. I was so excited about getting it today too.:(
