Update for all- we have EXCHANGED! i am delighted- really- words can't express it!

Only way it happened is to contact our buyers directly and talk to them- estate agent and their solicitors had built them into ogres (sp?) whereas really they were trying but had had different information fed to them... grr

I am just to happy tonight- nearly 4 months of waiting and nail-biting! by the way exchanged at 4.55 tonight due to waiting for a fax from their mortgage solicitor... taking things to the wire!!

Thanks for all the support people, just helps a lot to know it's not just us!
