Egg Card Application Problem

Hi,
Im trying to apply for an Egg card however once ive entered in my name and DOB i get this error:
"It doesn't look like you've got online security set up. But don't worry, just give us a call on 08451 233 233 and we'll set it up for you immediately. You can then go on to complete your application."
Ive tried this on my home computer network and also on someone else's computer and internet connection.
Im a student on a computer course and know my computer does have security software on it eg. virus, firewall, adaware etc.
Any one else experiencing this issue?
