More Asda Home Delivery Woes

After all the frustration of having my order cancelled twice, I rebooked it for Tuesday after the big thaw on Sunday and lo and behold it gets delivered...well, two thirds of it does.
The delivery woman was late - an hour over the allotted slot - so when the bags arrived, there was just time to bung the frozen and fresh in the refridgerator and run out for my Doctor appointment.
Hour later and back home, I realise that I'm missing a whopping 24 items. Calls the helpline and am told that they will contact the store - the Store then calls me and says it's probably still on the van and if no delivery later today, to expect it tomorrow.
Waits in all day Wednesday - no delivery. Calls helpline again at 8pm - again told they will contact the store get them to call me - no-one calls though.
Calls helpline on Thurs - speaks to hopeless agent who says that no one has actually called my store since Tuesday - asks her if she is going to call them, and she hangs up on me. Calls back (and it's 5p a minute to Asda btw) and speaks with Manager; very empathetic and lots of promises made...20 mins he keeps me on line and there's another quid it's cost me. He promised that he'll ring my Store and call me back in 10 mins.
He doesn't call back. 2 hours later friendly if hopeless agent calls back - she has tried calling my Store, but it's 'constantly engaged' - Really? Cos I also took the initiative and called my Store to ask where's my stuff and I got straight through - only problem was there, they wouldn't let me talk with Home Delivery Manager cos you 'need to call the Helpline'.:mad::mad:
Hopeless agent says she will call me back later on to lmk situation; she doesn't, and no shopping arrives.
Today called the Acton CS to make a complaint - they are very empathetic and keep me on hold forever whilst THEY call the hopeless helpline to see what the situation is...oh...it's because the helpline can't get through to the store...yeah I know...I told you and I also told you that I CAN. And do you NOT have email btw? How about emailing the store? No...they lie...we don't. Yeah...right:rolleyes:
They say I will get a callback soon. Its now 5 hours later and no callback and of course no delivery.
I am going round and round in circles here and can't get any further forward...they've had my money...they've not delivered what I paid for...where now? Any ideas ?
